What To Expect
Reserve
A reservation payment secures your puppy in your name, and is 100% refundable if your plans change. We send weekly photo and video updates every Sunday until your puppy's pickup or delivery date.

Our puppies go home no earlier than nine weeks old, after their second vaccination and a final health exam by a licensed veterinarian
Paperwork
At pickup or delivery, you'll receive your puppy's registration papers, vaccination record, health certificate, two-year genetic health guarantee, and spay/neuter agreement.
Travel day
We book the route, send flight or drive details 24 hours ahead, and keep you updated every step of the way until your puppy is safely in your arms.
Settling in
Your puppy arrives with a blanket carrying littermate scent, two weeks of its current food, and a written settling-in plan for the first 72 hours.
